Let's Make It Happen
Booking Info
Thanks for considering me for your event. I love singing a mix of styles and putting together sets that fit the moment whether it’s something acoustic and easygoing or something upbeat that gets people moving.
Most events fall into one of these three setups:
-
With high-quality backing tracks for a clean, polished sound
-
With a full live band for a more dynamic, energetic vibe
-
With an acoustic and unplugged band for a warm and intimate feel
Each brings a different feel, and we can pick what works best for your event.

Sound Setup – What You Need to Know
To make the music sound its best, a few key elements are needed:
-
PA system (mic, mixer, speakers) so the audience can hear clearly
-
Monitor so I can hear myself while singing
-
Additional mics may be needed for band setups or extra instruments
Most venues have a basic sound system, but it’s always good to confirm. If not, I can provide a full setup that works well for mid-size events, available for an additional fee.
For larger or more complex setups, I can coordinate with my trusted sound partners or work directly with your sound team to get everything in place.

FAQs

What are your charges?
Rates vary depending on the setup, length of performance, travel, and other needs. Since there are a few moving parts, feel free to reach out at prajaktaparabmusic@gmail.com with the details of your event, and I’ll be happy to share a quote.

Do you bring your own sound equipment?
Yes, when needed. If the venue doesn’t provide it, I can bring a full setup that’s enough for a mid-size space, for additional fee. Refer to the sound set up section above.

Can you learn a specific song for our event?
Sure, just let me know in advance so I can give it the time it deserves.

How much space do you need?
About 10x10 feet usually works for me and the gear. If more musicians are involved, we might need a bit of extra space.
How long do you perform?
A typical set runs between 1 to 1.5 hours. We can customize the length based on what your event needs.
Do you travel for gigs?
Yes, I do. Travel costs may apply depending on the location.
How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better, especially if you have a fixed date in mind.
If you're planning a live band setup, it’s helpful to know early so we can coordinate everything in time.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and check are all accepted.
